One reply on “Mercedes and Pirelli to face FIA Tribunal on 20 June”

Brawn to be thrown out of the sport and the team to get away with just a fine.

After the Singapore fiasco a few years ago when it turned out that the FIA didn’t have any power to hand down bans to Briatore and Symonds, the FIA has since introduced a license system that gives them the power to suspend team officials or cancel licenses.
