Schumacher fans pay tribute at Grenoble hospital

Fans pay tribute to Michael Schumacher

A large group of Ferrari fans have held vigil outside the Grenoble hospital where seven-time Formula 1 world champion Michael Schumacher remains in a medically induced coma.

Here’s a selection of images showing the fans’ tribute which took place yesterday, Schumacher’s 45th birthday.

It’s also emerged that Schumacher was wearing a helmet camera at the time of his accident and the family has handed the device to investigators. Michael’s teenage son, who witnessed the fall, has also been interviewed.

Is Ferrari using Michael Schumacher accident as a chance to self promote?? Looking at all those photo’s, there is only one of Michael(although doesn’t look like him) with helmet on among the flag wavers. Everything else including the massive Prancing Horse flag seems to be shameless self promotion.
I don’t see Mercedes Benz Flags waving around everywhere, in fact I haven’t seen any, and considering he still works for Mercedes Benz as an ambassador & some testing for them as well.
Ferrari fans, gun me down now…….

@WiillW I hate feeding trolls, but the event was organised by Ferrari and they put out a call to Ferrari Fans. Hence why there are a lot of Ferrari merch and not specifically Schumi merch.

The premise however, that you think Ferrari would use the opportunity to be self promoting is lacking in any basis. What facts do you have to backup your statement?
