Meet Nick Murray. He’s the not so proud owner of a 991 Porsche 911 Carrera S. He took delivery of his car around the middle of last year and, according to him, it has spent around two months back at the dealer getting a variety of seemingly random and unconnected problems resolved.
In this video Murray details his ongoing discussions with Porsche Cars North America and asks them publicly: “Stop jerking me around and give me my money back, so I can buy another car and then you can get rid of me.”
Based on his own evidence it would seem Nick has a pretty good case for a replacement or full refund under applicable US Lemon laws. Watch the video below and see what you think.

Full credit to him, he’s calmly put the video together and very simply stated his case… Although, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gone bananas at Porsche during the course of this debacle, but you know what, he might have a case.

As a diehard Porsche fan even I have to say that his car is a lemon and he should get every cent back. I thought they have lemon laws over there?

It is incredible that Porsche America & indeed Porsche head office would allow this to happen.The dollar value of the damage to the brand will be far greater than the cost of doing the right thing & replacing the lemon.

Porsche North America are the biggest scum bags on the planet. I am so happy this is getting the attention it deserves. I can GUARANTEE they took this guys phone call and then did nothing. Not a person at Porsche North America will lift a finger to help anyone, its the worst most ineffective customer service on the planet. They led me on for 6 months and refused to stand behind their product or help me with a scum bag dealer. They are all a bunch of total filth. Porsche Germany please FIRE EVERYONE!!!
